However, in cases where physical products (e.g., gemstones, yantras, rudraksha, or astrology remedy kits) are ordered, standard shipping methods will apply.


2. Digital Delivery (E-Reports & Online Consultations)

  • Personalized astrology reports are generally delivered via email within 3–7 working days after receiving complete details and successful payment.

  • Live or telephonic consultations will be scheduled as per mutual availability between the astrologer and the client.

  • Urgent or priority delivery options may be available at an additional charge, depending on the service type.

3. Physical Product Shipping (Gemstones, Yantras, Remedies)

  • Physical products are shipped through trusted courier partners such as DTDC, Blue Dart, or India Post.

  • Orders are typically dispatched within 5–10 working days after order confirmation and quality checks.

  • You will receive a tracking ID via email or SMS once your order has been shipped.

  • Delivery timelines:

    • Within India: 5–10 business days

    • International: 10–21 business days (depending on location and customs clearance)


4. Shipping Charges

  • For physical items, shipping charges may vary based on product weight, packaging, and delivery location.
