All astrology consultations, reports, and remedies provided by Future Manthan are customized and personalized based on individual birth details and specific queries.
Once the astrologer begins analyzing your chart or preparing your report, the service becomes non-refundable due to the time, expertise, and effort involved.
Consultation Bookings:
You may cancel your consultation within 2 hours of booking if the astrologer has not yet started the analysis.
After this period or once analysis begins, cancellation requests will not be accepted.
Reports or Remedies:
Orders for astrology reports, gemstone suggestions, or remedial guidance cannot be canceled once processing has started.
To request a cancellation (within the permitted time frame), please contact us immediately at support@futuremanthan.com with your order details.
Refunds are processed only under the following conditions:
The astrologer or consultant is unavailable at the scheduled time and you do not wish to reschedule.
The service was charged multiple times due to a technical payment error.
A duplicate order was placed accidentally and no analysis or consultation has begun.
All eligible refunds will be processed within 7–10 business days to the original mode of payment.
No refunds shall be issued for:
Completed astrology consultations or delivered reports.
Delays in service delivery due to inaccurate birth details or incomplete user information.
Dissatisfaction with interpretation or predictions, as astrology is a spiritual and interpretive science.
Remedies, gemstones, or ritual services once initiated.
If you cannot attend your booked session, you may request rescheduling at least 6 hours before your consultation.
We will try to accommodate a new suitable time slot based on the astrologer’s availability.
